Ten years ago, I wanted the life I have now.

Not every detail of it, but the freedom, the work, the family, the ability to build something of my own, and the chance to live somewhere beautiful.

None of that happened all at once.

It came from small decisions compounding over time.

In this episode of Technically Sweet, I’m talking about what I’m intentionally compounding now: career, AI skills, income, investments, fitness, creativity, and the next version of my life.

AI can help us move faster. It can help us learn, create, build, organize, and make better use of our time.

But it can’t decide what direction is worth going in.

That part is still ours.

I share how I think about compounding across different areas of life, why the habits that feel small today can shape where you end up years from now, and how I’m using AI as leverage without outsourcing my judgment.

I also talk about what “designing your life” actually means to me now, after years in Big Tech, building my own company, becoming a mother, and moving to Switzerland.

The practical exercise from this episode is simple:

Ask your AI assistant to help you identify what you’re already compounding, what may be working against you, and which three areas could create the biggest positive change over the next year.

Then pick one small action you can repeat consistently.

Because the next version of your life is probably being built by things that look very small right now.
