On this week’s Techies Talking Tech Tonight, the team is back together and seems to have only hate. Steven hates the gameification of things that are already games or that should not be games (like buying coffee). Jimmy hates that enterprise systems still back up to tape drives, and Trey hates Linux because it’s a not ready for primetime mess that takes joy in command prompt. We may get some hate of our own for this.

This week episode is all about guilty pleasures. Steven has fallen back in love with WWE video games and their new live streaming product, the WWE Network. Trey has an unfortunate moment where he stumbles upon lists of "parodies" live on the show. Jimmy wants to buy more tech but really should just buy a Surface Pro 2 like an intelligent person. This episode either makes more sense than ever or no sense at all. You'll have to listen to find out. 

On Techies Talking Tech Tonight, we are wonderfully incoherent. Jimmy hates the tech he no longer uses (that he mostly got from Kickstarter). In a rare moment of kindness, Steven realizes that even bad games have their good points but still doesn't allow Trey to love Wacky Races. Meanwhile, Trey has realized he's a cord cutter half the week and wants out of the rural digital divide. 

On tonight Techies Talking Tech Tonight, Steven believes that Elder Scrolls: Online is the second coming of World of Warcraft, or at least, an MMO for "adults." Jimmy thinks that he understands Instagram, but Trey thinks that's just because he's dating a fellow millennial. Trey, on the other hand, is ignoring other humans in order to play more Threes. Just actually play the real one because the clones are hurting real developers (Thanks to Patrick Klepic of Giant Bomb).

Techies Talking Tech Tonight is know for being a group of well balanced individuals presenting stories in a fair and balanced manner. So, no one will be surprised then that an argument breaks out about the specs of the Amazon FireTV, that there are quite a few questionable jokes, and that Jimmy walks away believing himself the victor. All that, plus, the new Roku Stick is slow, and Persona still makes Trey feel like a bad person. 

On this week's episode of Techies Talking Tech Tonight, Steven has a life and could not join us, so Trey and Jimmy solider on into the void alone. Since its just the two of them, there is an extend discussion of how so many tech things in our lives break. In the past week alone, Trey has had to reinstall the operating system in his car's head unit, format his smart pen, and solve audio issues on his media PC. Jimmy brings us news on Infamous: Second Son and an update on his Pebble smart watch. It is almost like they spend too much time with technology. Maybe, Steven had the right idea...

On this episode of Techies Talking Tech Tonight, the whole team is back together, all at once, so it can only mean one thing – a show almost entirely focused on gaming. Jimmy found his phone and has actually played a released version of TITANFALL! Steven really hates Thief, and Trey really like South Park: The Stick of Truth. However, he is also a fan of puerile humor, male antimony jokes, and saving the World….of Warcraft. So, it’s business as usual then. 

This episode is truly magical. It will appear as if Trey is first joined by Jimmy to discuss Jimmy's loss of his phone while involved in a "celebration," and then, Trey is joined by Steven to wax poetical about games of yore and sitting on your couch playing games with your friends. In reality, it did not happen in this order or even on the same night, but the whole team does have a lot to share and a lot of deep thoughts about the Chili's menu along the way. See, we are tech journalists. Really, we are. 

It is just Trey and Jimmy on the show this week, and they alternate between skepticism, rage, and worship. In news that annoys Trey, Jimmy is not getting an Xbox One to play Titanfall. The console war is officially over. Trey rages against Freedom Pop and the poor service on Sprint’s network, and then, they both join in worship of the Helix Fossil. This can also be described as more discussion of Twitch Plays Pokemon. Collectively, the team has sunk more than 40 hours into watching the Internet wander around in circles. Hooray for Productivity!

On this week’s Techies Talking Tech Tonight, Steven, Jimmy, and Trey have all spent time with the Titanfall beta, and it is just about the only thing that they are able to talk about. They walk away from the beta ranging from excited to wary, but Steven does declare that is “actually a fun game.” I think that may end up as a back of box quote. When finally shifted off of Titan, Trey and Jimmy hate on dumb IT professionals and Windows Vista, while having their usual argument as to when Windows went to the NT core. For those of you keeping score at home, Trey won that debate. It’s pretty another week of rage, insults, and shouting. What could be better?
