There will, no doubt, be hurdles when it comes to winning approval of the deal.  The companies hope to complete the transaction in fiscal 2023.

“You can use the app you’re already using or choose an app that you want to use.  And from this single app you’ll be able to control and monitor a wide range of different brands and categories of products.”

The hope is that the new interconnectivity will be available later this year.
