Andy’s iPhone takes a spill IN THE APPLE STORE! After making the decision to upgrade the battery due to the terrible performance on the iPhone 6S Plus. His visit to the Apple Store makes matters worse after taking the device out of the protective case so they could replace the battery and waiting for the Expert to assist. He grabs his iPhone only to have it meet the Cement Floor of the Apple Store! APPLE!! Why not have thick shag carpeting!?
