High Note Performance is founded by Ted Zimnicki. Ted holds a bachelors degree from Ithaca College, a Masters degree from Arizona State University, and certificates from Peak Pilates, Z-Health, Precision Nutrition, the NSCA, and the School of Exercise Training and Science (SETS).

Ted first prioritized wellness while pursuing an undergraduate degree in vocal performance at Ithaca College. After performing in a masterclass, the clinician told Ted, "You'll never get hired being that fat!" After recovering from that experience, he decided to make a change in his lifestyle.

When his journey began, he was too heavy for the standard doctor's scale. After years of hard work, he succeeded in losing 130 pounds, and finding a second passion in life.

While undergoing this massive lifestyle change, Ted graduated with his undergraduate degree. After spending some time performing with the Pacific Opera Company in Victoria B.C., Ted moved to Phoenix, Arizona to learn more about wellness and performance.

He is currently an active coach, performer and teacher.
