Welcome to Episode 13, that a whole year since I started.

I give in this episode:

• A health update
• A summary of 2 rounds at the fantastic Aberystwyth Golf Club
• The daughter and the buggy
• Swimming in the children's pool

In this episode i discuss our 3 day trip to Llandudno and the goings on on the golfcourses:

North Wales, Rhos-on-Sea and Abergele.

• Did we kill a runner ?
• Did we all make it to the 3 rounds ?
• And the meltdowns begin.

I am back whacking a ball with a stick round a field.

I talk about:

• My poor mental approach
• The boss on the phone
• York
• Kirby Muxloe
• The british summer
