Envying other people is toxic. It's an excuse we process so we can feel better about the life we don't like. Mix your anger with discipline, add some consistency and watch your life change. Oh and..others' results are none of your business. 

How many times have you felt as if you "hated" yourself for not working hard enough? Or just felt lazy? Well, you're not. you just think you need to..fix your self-talk!

Taking your time is essential, especially after a setback. There are two mistakes you should avoid: rushing things and staying down for too long. Take your time and get back up, stronger of course.
