Over time, you will discover that loving yourself improves everything in your life—your relationships, your health and well-being, your ability to manifest your dreams, and your self-esteem. It's so easy defining self-love but pretty much difficult practicing it. Many factors contribute to why people hold back from loving themselves.
In this episode, I had a conversation with a Self Development Coach @Gift Joseph. We discussed self-love, factors why people hold back, and ways people can better improve on loving themselves.

Hiya! We are resuming soon. However, I decided to jump on this one(THE UNHEARD GENDER)
Do you think men should be allowed to express their pains/emotions as women do? I shared my unpolished view and I hope after listening to the 14min Rant you will share your thoughts and opinion with me.
This is an episode I enjoyed recording because it was less scripted. The society has been a big thing for me, I totally enjoy talking about things that happens in our very community and on this episode, my friend Cee (Cynthia Ade-Martins) as I get to call her shared her experience with me in learning her indigenous language.
Like myself, are you interested in societal issues? Do you think we should fancy our indigenous language or maybe you are lost somewhere between learning and speaking your native dialect. Then this episode is for you as on it you will hear methods that can help you improve in your native language.
