Impact-the ability to have an effect on the character- the way someone thinks, feels, and behaves -not trying to make them like you, it’s about assisting them, pushing them, propelling them into their next dimension;impact on their development- process that creates growth, progress, positive change, it’s literally about the changing the overall behavior of someone that feels less than.
