We also recognized Virginia Sheridan, Bill Lee and Vanessa Villanueva who are local business owners for operating their businesses inthe City of Tehachapi. Finance Director Hamed Jones presented the mid-year budget to council, and Jay Schlosser presented a planning document for the Housing Element Update. A discussion with the Kern County Fire Department took place following a letter received by a Tehachapi resident following a recent house fire.
