In addition, Enzo and Anna break down how celebrities are able to sway interviews in their favor to announce their latest secret. From curated apologies to back-handed compliments, your friend may be using "media training" to craft their personal brand IRL. Some may call it fake, some may see it as PR storytelling. For episode 126 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna analyze the recent protein pandemic, or what Enzo calls the “proteinifcation” of everything. They unpack recent diet culture trends and how certain food groups have been demonized in the past. With low-carb diets being praised, why is protein the only macronutrient that has yet to be villainized? They also discuss how protein has become more accessible and, therefore, more profitable. As opposed to spending $50 on a rib-eye steak, you could just spend $2 on Starbucks protein cold foam! As a pescatarian, Enzo also addresses the “insufficient protein consumption” allegations. Finally, Anna brings light to the evolution of protein bars, from RX bars to David Bars. Are the ingredients changing based on new scientific information, or is it just the newest food fad?

For episode 125 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna break down the newest plot twist in the timeline. This time, it involves Enzo's life-long favorite, Nicki Minaj. What started as a Twitter/X post quickly turned into a UN appearance and AmFest interview with Erika Kirk. As a barb since birth, Enzo recaps Nicki Minaj's political history and explains how she went from criticizing Donald Trump in a 2010 documentary to describing him as our "handsome, dashing president." And at last I see...yet another Disney live-action remake. In episode 124 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna are here to discuss the plethora of Disney adaptations that have been released over the last few years. As Disney announces the casting for Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, Telepathy predicts how the use of CGI in the new "Tangled" may lead to its downfall. Enzo and Anna also mention the inevitable flop of "Snow White," the new "Moana" nobody is ready for, and how Halle Bailey may have been the only good choice Disney has made thus far. Enzo also goes on several rants about "The Little Mermaid (2023)," and is very upset with Disney for cutting the third verse of "Poor Unfortunate Souls." New year, new things to consume. In episode 123 of Telepathy, Enzo and Anna revisit the state of overconsumption. Since their previous discussion of the Stanley Cup craze in 2024, new ways to fall into the trap of consumerism have been created. From services like Amazon Prime and DoorDash to trendy collectibles like Labubus, our money went all sorts of places in 2025. However, Enzo and Anna have compiled a list of ways we tend to over-consume, in order to hopefully make more sustainable choices in 2026. Lastly, they debate whether we have access to "too much" with the addition of streaming services and audiobooks.

New year, new butterfly effect episode. That’s right, Anna and Enzo are revisiting one of their favorite topics to date in Episode 122! But this time, there’s a twist, since it’s a new year. In this episode, we talk about how tiny decisions or events can affect the rest of your year. We discuss if we believe in fate, what that word even means, and if you should let it guide your resolutions for 2026.
