Legendary Cleveland sportswriter and Media personality Danny Coughlin died over the weekend at the age of 86. He had a distinguished career as a sports writer with the Cleveland Plain Dealer, and then in the early 80s branched out and became one of Cleveland‘s most popular TV personalities at WJW. I have been his colleague for 44 years. And still as recent as last Friday night was on the set with him on our popular high school football show , Friday Night Touchdown. This episode will also contain a podcast episode we had in 2019 and he talks about how the JFK assassination altered his career path. Also Browns legend Doug Dieken sat down with me on Sunday for a few stories about Dan Coughlin. Thanks for listening !

I visited on the final Saturday of the season. Thank you to commissioner Mike Piper and everyone for their hospitality.
