  • Episode 034 Dr. Julie Foucher Crossfit Legend

I hope Julie doesn't mind that I call her a legend. Julie has had 4 finishes of 5th or better in the Crossfit Games, including a 2nd and a 3rd. Julie retired from competition but still is very active in the sport, with teaching seminars, and serving as an inspiration to so many  Crossfit athletes.  Julie is doing her residency and will one day have a practice with her husband. I love her attitude in using Crossfit, and healthy principals to be the bedrock of a medical practice.  Its attacking health on the proactive basis, instead of just treating symptoms.   I hope you enjoy the chat we had.  I wish her all the success in the world. She spoke of Greg Glassman, the sports founder and his principles and also of Northeast Ohios own Scott Panchik, who continues to be one of the best on the planet in Crossfit.    Any images we use are courtesy of Crossfit Inc.
