My guest today is Ashley Morrison -  an Author, Sports Journalist and Documentary Filmmaker - with a heart. 

Ashley Morrison was born in England and moved to Australia where he has lived for more than 30 years. In between, he spent some time in Ghana interviewing Azumah Nelson and wrote the biography of Africa's greatest boxing legend. He followed it up with a video documentary on Azumah Nelson's extraordinary life. 

In this intimate interview, Ashley Morrison talks about his extreme love of Africa and Sports, the privilege of spending time with boxing professor, Azumah Nelson - an athlete he describes as a most humble person.
