  1. When you have a lot of energy and passion, but don't feel that you are getting the opportunity to realize your potential, frustration builds like steam in a teapot because water in the vapor state is more expansive than in the liquid state.
  • The solution is to find a bigger pot, not to turn off the heat or let it build until it explodes.
  • Numbing out and being too busy are ways you turn off the heat to avoid feeling the pressure, but they cause a different kind of pain.
  • Being angry or overwhelming to others is a sign that you need a bigger pot because you are feeling constrained.
  • When you are more expansive, your energy is a beautiful swirl that draws in others and helps you meet them where they are.
