Phillip was named the Senior High Pastor in May of 2023. However, he's a veteran of Temple's staff serving here two other times before. Phillip has a passion for ministry and an awesome legacy of how God has used him to minister in many different places and ways.

Traci Roberts is the preschool Director at TBC and has faithfully served in that role for many years. The preschool ministry is one of the largest ministries in our church, and requires much care, attention, and oversight. Traci shares about this ministry and about her family and about all that God is doing in both of those areas of her life.

Larry Ponder has served at Temple for many years as the Business Administrator. Larry shares about his role, both the business and ministerial side of leadership, and his family, and how his ministry at Temple began and has continued. 

Drew has served on staff as the middle school pastor, but transitioned into the role of Missions Pastor a couple of years ago. Drew shares about other ministry experience he's had, as well as how God has guided him and his family here at Temple over the last 5 years.

Beth McDaniel serves in a relatively new position as the Hospitality and Connections Coordinator. Beth shares her journey of God bringing her from being a faithful church member to now serving in a ministry role on the Next Steps Team at TBC.
