  • How do you handle regret - do you allow, resist, or avoid it?
  • How willing are you to experience regret?
  • What are you resisting letting go of due to fear of missing out in the future?
  • What are you in the habit of thinking that creates regret?
  • By being willing to experience regret, what will you create the space to experience instead?
