Temps Talk

The two founders of SODT sit down and have a conversation about temping and the business.

Dr. Malowitz speaks about his 46 years in dentistry and his experience working with our temps.

In this episode we sit down with Sophia an RDH who has worked with us for over 8 months now. We speak to how she chose a career in dental, what makes a good office to work and temp at, and about the dental industry as a whole.

Welcome to Episode 1 of our new mini podcast series 🎙️

In this first episode, Southern Ontario Dental Temps Inc. founders Jenna (RDH) and Matt introduce themselves, share how SODT started, and explain what we do for both dental professionals and dental practices across Southern Ontario.

We also talk about the real challenges Jenna faced when she first started temping — and how she overcame them — plus a few tips and lessons we’ve learned along the way while building the business.
