Throughout life, I've was told temptation was a sin. So, I came across this topic to find the true meaning. I've always lived in the temptation of food and loving on things and that I've wanted. But, I would as God for to forgive me for lusting over them. Not knowing that for it to be a sin, you have to act on it. James 1:15

In today life with all that is going on. We don't find time to be obedient to ourselves, meaning our body and minds. Obedients to me is a mind control that we, ourselves have control of. We can seek a balance in our life to make better choices for ourselves.
