Do you believe?

How would you feel if the same venom that you chose to spew at others were directed toward you or someone that you loved?   You would see that in a different light, wouldn't you?  Careful now - You might be revealing more about your inner secrets than you intend to reveal.

All cruelty is unnecessary, isn't it?  Then why would we EVER practice it against anybody or any creature?  It is a disgusting and degrading practice that has no positive outcomes to the sender(s) nor to the receiver(s) of this needless negative practice.  Let's purpose to abolish it all together.

Looking at some of the steps that I took to establish peace and calm in my life.

The dark years continue with the struggle of getting reconnected of my children.

Trouble followed me during my struggle with anger.  I was a hot mess.

As the year 2021 comes to an end, we reflect on what's past and plan for a better and more hopeful 2022 beginning with our personal attitudes.  We can't control other people, but we CAN control our own actions and reactions.

Anger is a very powerful yet destructive force.  Be careful with it.

It's never enough.
