It's been a while, but welcome back to the podcast!

Today's guest was the always-positive Lori Worth. She owns Vibe Communications, as well as bursting into the real estate market with "Worth Living Happy" through her broker, EXP.

I asked Lori to come on the podcast because she has an excellent story to tell, and she brings positive energy anywhere she goes.

Back to the show again, and it gets better each time! Kory Gallagher just happened to come on during the events between Iran and the USA, so we naturally had to start there.

Gregory (or Greg) Chafin was our guest for the 21st episode of Ten Tabs Open, and it was fantastic catching up with him. We actually spoke even longer than this episode would lead you to believe, but it was off-mic. Even though you don't get the whole conversation, I think you'll agree that what was recorded was mesmerizing . Greg directed me a few years back in "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof", and was going through a lot of personal and professional difficulties at the time. That being said, he pulled through and showed that he is truly the epitome of a hard-working man, devoted to his craft.

Greg is currently the Technical Director for the entirety of the Raytown School District, a suburban school district of Kansas City, MO. His theatre resume is could fill a book, and his stories are numerous and enthralling.

Please help me welcome Kyle Greenlee to the podcast! Kyle and I went through school together K-12, and were always good friends. After college, Kyle decided to take his truck straight north from Missouri to the oilfields of North Dakota to become an inspector.

I wanted to have Kyle on because we tend to disagree on several things, and at the same time there are also areas where we find ourselves in agreement. Our life experiences, opinions, and ideas for solutions may sometimes be different, but just as I've found in so many other circumstances - we agree far more often than other sources would have you believe.

Kyle is a great guy that's seen a lot in his 32 years, and I hope you enjoy this conversation!

Andrew (Andy) Brown has been a friend of mine since high school, and was a natural comedic talent.

Andy attended college at the University of Central Missouri. He has written plays including shorts, one acts, and full productions. Included in those are several educational pieces for the Kansas City Zoo, where Andy was a Chat Performer for nearly five years. Utilizing his skills, he created an incredible learning experience for those who came through the park - no matter the age.

Currently, Mr. Brown works for The American Theatre Guild, "a not-for-profit, tax-exempt, civic performing arts organization dedicated to providing the experience of live theatre to foster passion, inspire creativity and empower youth within our communities."
