Justice for Jessica! Justice for Ashley! After three films, most of the Bellas of the Pitch Perfect franchise are in pretty good places. Beca is working with DJ Khaled, Fat Amy is independently wealthy, Flo just secured financing to franchise her juice truck and Satan is no longer residing in Esther's body... Yay! Anyway, what about Jessica and Ashley?! OG Bellas who don't even get lines in the summative scene of the trilogy? No wrap-up, no clue as to their future - nothing. This will not stand! Therefore, Paul and Jeff imagine Pitch Perfect 4 and ten things it will need to be a great film, including, and perhaps most importantly, #justiceforjessica and #justiceforashley. Tune in to check it out, and make sure you come back next week for Lethal Weapon! Also, make sure you check out our brand new show: Fancastic, now available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify!
A BRAND NEW SHOW! Check out the first episode of our new show: FANCASTIC. Every week we'll be talking about a classic or upcoming movie and imagine it cast with the best and brightest stars of today! Each episode we decide the film and the roles in advance, and then we split up and make our own casts, coming up with our own philosophies, changes, and challenges. This week, we re-imagine James Cameron's Oscar-winning epic, Titanic. Enjoy!
Oh behave! Austin Powers is a classic comedy trilogy parodying classic spy films with Mike Myers' unique blend of wit, visual gags, heart, and talent for character invention. But it hasn't been entirely smooth sailing - and even if it had, it's been a loooooooong time since we saw anything out of this franchise. So tune in to this week's episode of Ten Things to hear Jeff and Paul discussing what they think a hypothetical Austin Powers 4 needs to be great! Also, click the anchor.fm link below and leave us a voice message! We want to hear from you. Tell us: Who you think should play Austin's love interest/partner this time around? Is there a role for Dana Carvey in the franchise? What the heck happened to Felicity Shagwell? All these things and more discussed on Ten Things: Austin Powers!

Few sentences have aged so poorly as "Brett Ratner told me to say it," which is why one of the things that we suggest is necessary for Rush Hour 4 to be a great movie is to get some new blood in the director's chair. But there's a lot more to talk about here! How much racial humor is too much? What's the right kind of action for the Rush Hour franchise? (hint: It's not the Fast and the Furious style) And is Rush Hour just a Lethal Weapon clone? All this and more on this week's episode of Ten Things with Jeff and Paul!

Continuing to mix it up from our usual parade of sci-fi and action films, this week we're trotting Ten Things that the next Frozen film will need to be great! For those of you who've been living under an Earth Giant, Frozen and it's sequel, Frozen II, are two of the most well-known and much-beloved animated kids' musicals of all-time. But Paul and Jeff have some thoughts about how to take the franchise to new heights with musical collaborations, an Anna-centric story, the revenge of Hans, and more! Tune in to hear the full list, and make sure you stick around to the end to hear our first official guests on the podcast!

The Zombieland films are classics in the zombie-comedy genre (which, admittedly, doesn't have a TON of entries, but hey). It took a lot longer than we all probably would've liked for Zombieland to get its sequel, Zombieland: Double Tap, but there's plenty of room for a third entry in the franchise. In this episode, Paul and Jeff take a look at ten things that would make Zombieland 3 - or Zombieland: Triple Action, as Paul suggests it should be called - a great film! Look for us on twitter, send us an email, or leave us a voice message on the Anchor app and let us know what you think of the episode! Also, if Zombieland 3 gets a human antagonist, what city should he be from? Who is the cartoon version of Woody Harrelson? And is there space for another Bill Murray cameo in the future? All this and more on this week's episode of Ten Things!

Who do you think should play the Terminator next? What exactly are the rules of time travel? How in the Sam Hill are we supposed to pronounce Elon Musk's kid's name? All these questions and more answered on the newest episode of Ten Things with Jeff and Paul!

Like Indiana Jones before, Paul and Jeff are divided on this one. Like most of the world, Jeff loved the first Matrix but was a little soft on the follow-ups. Paul, however, is a die-hard fan of all three (though not for reasons you may think... you know, if you can think of any). Nevertheless, the Matrix persists! The Matrix 4 is currently in suspended production (stupid COVID-19) and is due out some time next year. Click to listen in on Paul and Jeff discussing their list of the Ten Things the Matrix 4 Needs to Be Great - along with a few other gems such as: Should the Rock make dirty jokes? Should everyone in the Matrix look like Anna Kendrick? And more!

Thanks so much for all your votes! You guys picked this episode! It was a close race, but Batman eked out a victory of John Wick by a single vote! So here you go: Ten Things that the Batman needs in order to be a great movie! Making such a list wasn't easy - there've been a TON of iterations of Batman over the years, and they've all had their moments of greatness, and most of them for very, very different reasons. But we think we did a pretty good job. Tune in to find out what's on our list, plus: were the Bat-Nips a good idea? Who was the best Bruce Wayne? Who would make a good Alfred after Andy Serkis? And a surprise guest who drops in to give a quick thought on the future greatness of Batman! All this and more on this week's episode of Ten Things!
P.S. We had a little bit of an issue with recording this week, so there's a slight delay that makes it sound like we're talking over each other a bit more than we would naturally. We apologize and hopefully this'll be cleared up in future recordings.

This episode is HUGE. You know... 'cause of the giant monsters. There have only been three films in the Monster-Verse so far: Godzilla (2014), Kong: Skull Island, and Godzilla: King of the Monsters. But Godzilla vs. Kong is coming, and the true King of the Monsters has yet to be settled. Will it be the thermonuclear lizard? Or will it be the powerful and resourceful ape? We'll find out in November 2020 (hopefully). In the meantime, tune in to hear Jeff & Paul talk about what Godzilla vs. Kong needs to be a great movie, as well as each one make a case for who should win the ultimate battle of the monsters!
