Ten Thousand Worlds

Philippians 4:1-8

1 Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.

2 I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord.

3 And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.

4 Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.

6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

On this episode we look at two scriptures in the Bible from the book of Isaiah and how God uses snow to represent different thoughts about forgiveness and the effectiveness of God’s Word in our lives.

Isaiah 55:10-11

10For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

11So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Isaiah 1:18

18Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

On this episode we talk with bro. Zach Black. Bro. Zach shares his testimony how he started to drift away from the Lord when he started attending college when he was 18 years old and how sin gradually started taking hold of his life.

It wasn't until he realized how far sin and worldly living had pulled him down to, that he came to himself and he started seeking the Lord and the Lord came on the scene in a powerful way for bro. Zach.

On This Episode Bro. Zach shares with us:

1. How he started going to college with too much of an open mind, which led to him hanging out with the wrong crowd and dabbling in the world.

2. How he knew that the world was only giving him temporary satisfaction one of those being worldly music, but he was stuck in a loop of wanting to give it up, but couldn't within himself.

3. The different spiritual experiences he had in the last few years at Youth Camps including seeing the Pillar of Fire.

4. How the experiences he had as wonderful as they were did not give him the New Birth in his soul.

5. How after the Believer's Youth Camp in Indiana in 2019 he had an experience with God, but when he got back home from the camp several weeks later he fell deeper in sin.

6.  How he got so tired of the way he was living and became desperate that turned everything around for him.

7. How a talk with his father led to God giving him a revelation of the Word personally to him.

8. How God confirmed to him through a Bible verse that he had given him the Baptism of the Holy Ghost.

9. Why he decided to get re-baptized and his advice to young people today that have grown up with Message-believing parents.

Welcome To episode number 20 of The Ten Thousand Worlds Podcast, My Name is Luis Urrego. I hope that you are having a blessed day or evening where ever you are listening from around the world.

Again, this is episode number 20 and the final episode of this first season of the Ten Thousand Worlds podcast. 

I cannot believe we have made it to 20 episodes now of the podcast and it has certainly been an awesome experience for me to do this.

You know for a year or two before I had launched the first episode, I was contemplating on creating a podcast centered around the Message of the Hour and where we could interview guests to talk about issues that all us as Christians face, but also to have those guests share their personal testimonies.

I was back and forth praying about it and wondering if I should or not, but I just went ahead and bit the bullet as they say and recorded and launched that first episode back in August of last year 2019 and here we are 20 episodes later.

Since August of last year when we launched the podcast has had around 1800 total plays, and that's not including the plays that we have had on Youtube which could make it around 2000 plays across all 19 episodes that we have launched so far. 

Now those are not crazy numbers, but it's encouraging to know that there are people out there listening and interested in this type of content. And we have had listeners from all over the world, from the United States to Nigeria, to India, Canada, even in small countries or not very well known areas like the Cayman Islands, Antigua and Barbuda, and Fiji, and the British Virgin Islands.

Total number of countries that I have recorded that someone has tuned in at one point or another is 62 countries so far.

I give God the glory for it first and foremost and thank you all for listening and for the encouraging comments and the testimonies that I have received from people being blessed by the podcast. Definitely a podcast or any type of content is nothing without the one's consuming that content.

I'm always interested on improving the podcast, so I welcome your feedback as well as suggestions or if you are interested on being on the podcast, please reach out to us and we would love to have you on to share your testimony or experience as a Message believing Christian in this day and age, at this time, in this hour.

So being that we are celebrating this milestone, I just wanted to share some of the most special moments that we have had across the last 19 episodes of the podcast but in no particular order. I trust that you will be blessed with these highlights and then afterwards I will come back with my final thoughts.

On this episode I wanted to share part 2 of my favorite sermon of the year which was a sermon preached by brother Aaron McGeary preached back in October at the Men's Meetings held in Hickory North Carolina. It was a sermon dedicated to all husbands, fathers, pastors, ministers, but it easily applies for any believer today both man, woman, and child.

This sermon was so powerful and it touched everyone there in attendance and became a wake up call to all of us who are trying to serve the Lord in this hour. It solidifies the fact that our battle is not with flesh and blood, but with Spirits that anoint individuals and that we are our own worst enemy.

On the last episode we left off with brother Aaron McGeary explaining how that a natural seed cannot reach it's full growth potential if something is getting in between the soil and the seed. The same thing with a christian, they will not be able to reach their full spiritual potential or expression if something spiritual is getting in between him and the spiritual seed which is the Word.

Acts 13:21-23

21 And afterward they desired a king: and God gave unto them Saul the son of Cis, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, by the space of forty years.

22 And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.

23 Of this man's seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus:

Genesis 18:19

19 For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.
