Continuing with the Fall mindfulness, give yourself a few minutes to pause and notice the small moments of gratitude in this season. Gratitude doesn’t have to be big or complicated. It can be as simple as the crisp air, a warm drink, or a quiet moment to yourself. This meditation invites you to slow down and recognize the everyday abundance around you.
✨ What are three small things you’re grateful for today?
✨ How does it feel in your body when you pause to appreciate them?
✨ How can you carry this awareness of gratitude into the rest of your day?
Let this practice remind you that noticing and appreciating the little things can bring a sense of calm, warmth, and grounding as you move through the season.
Continuing with the Fall mindfulness, give yourself a few minutes to slow down and tune into the natural rhythm of fall. Just as the trees release their leaves and prepare for rest, you too can honor the cycles of release and renewal in your own life. Notice the flow of nature, the quiet shifts, and allow that sense of rhythm to guide your breath and awareness.
✨ What is naturally falling away in this season of your life?
✨ Where can you allow space for rest and renewal?
✨ How might you move with life’s cycles, instead of against them?
Let these moments of reflection remind you that change is a natural part of growth, and that slowing down to notice the rhythm around you can bring a deeper sense of ease.
Give yourself five minutes to gently check in with what you need as we move into Fall. A new season often stirs the desire for change, whether that means releasing what no longer serves you or welcoming something new into your life.
✨ What do I need to release this season?
✨ What nourishment do I want to invite in?
Let these questions guide your breath, your awareness, and the intentions you carry forward.

This episode I share a yoga theme from one of my classes. Gratitude is a word that's often used, but can you express your gratitude through your actions instead of verbally? I share how my unhoused experience shifted how I viewed the word gratitude, and give a couple of examples of ways to express gratitude for your material blessings, your body, and people in your life.
A lot of us can sometimes be hard on ourselves. Sometimes a little too hard. We have to be reminded that it's okay if our efforts fall short sometimes! And it's also okay to take a step back here and there, and come back refreshed + renewed.
This could bring up some not so great feelings if something hurtful from the past comes to mind and you haven't fully dealt with it. If you feel triggered please pause and come back to it if and when you feel called to do so. Talk with a friend or someone you trust. Take care of you <3
