My dearest friend Teresa Martinez of Roots and Remedy joins us today to go through a dream of her own and talk about why she believes, as a healer and bodyworker, that dream journaling is important to her life's work as well as healing her own past and present trauma.

We go through and interpret a dream that made a huge impact on Teresa a few weeks ago, one that has stuck with her as she has watched recent events unfold in the world, that she had a few days after George Floyd was killed by police officers-- right when the protests began.

We also talked about the significance and meaning of recurring dreams about past lovers and exes, a recurring theme I am sure a lot of listeners dream about, too.
