This week, I got to finally sit down with my version of Ron Magill, Jeff Popp. Jeff is an animal biologist and always fascinates me with his knowledge of the animal kingdom so I just had to get him on to find out where his love for animals and nature came from. Plus, as I mentioned, this months theme is fatherhood and Jeff and his husband Steve recently just became fathers and I wanted to also bring you guys their story about that journey.

We get into that story, him rescuing a baby turtle back to life when he was 16, his efforts with the Terrapin Institute, some fun facts about animals, his long journey to finally adopting a son with his husband and I might get cancelled for his answer as to which animal he would eliminate from the animal kingdom!
