News * U.S. Apparel Resale to Double in Next Five Years, Fueled by Retailers and Brands - The U.S. secondhand market is projected to double in the next five years, reaching $82 billion by 2026, according to ThredUP’s 10th annual Resale Report, conducted in partnership with GlobalData. And while North America remains the leader, resale is now clearly a global phenomenon: the worldwide secondhand apparel market is expected to grow 127% and hit $218 billion by 2026.
