Carol B. Tomé has served as chief financial officer since May 2001 and was named executive vice president of corporate services at The Home Depot in January 2007. Before joining The Home Depot in 1995, she was vice president and treasurer of Riverwood International Corporation. Carol began her career as a commercial lender with United Bank of Denver (now Wells Fargo) and then spent several years as director of banking for the Johns-Manville Corporation.

In addition to her responsibilities at The Home Depot, Carol is also a member of the UPS board of directors and serves as chair of its audit committee. In addition, Carol currently serves as the deputy chair of Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s Board of Directors.

Community service is a priority for Carol. She is an active volunteer, serving as a member of The Committee of 200 and a member of the Atlanta Botanical Garden board of directors. In addition, Carol chaired the board of directors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce in 2012.

In 2012, The Wall Street Journal ranked Carol No. 2 on its list of the best chief financial officers in corporate America and Fortune Magazine listed her among the top 50 most powerful women in Business.

In 1979 Frank A. Argenbright Jr. invested $500 to start Argenbright Security Inc. He grew the failing business into a multinational $1.3 billion company that provides a wide range of outsourced business solutions to Fortune 500 companies before selling it. Now, as CEO and founder of SecurAmerica, Argenbright oversees one of the fastest-growing security companies in the nation. Raised in Madison, FL, Argenbright earned a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Florida State University. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves, rising to the rank of captain. In 1991, he graduated from the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School. Argenbright was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 1989 and 1990, and an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year winner in 1997. He currently serves on numerous civic boards and lends his expertise to many industry organizations, including the Children's Hormone Foundation and the Young President's Organization. He has been married for 33 years and has two children.

Virginia A. Hepner became President and Chief Executive Officer of the Woodruff Arts Center on July 1, 2012. A former corporate banker with Wachovia, she had a 25-year career with the firm including leadership roles as executive vice president and head of US Corporate Finance, and manager of the Foreign Exchange and Derivatives Trading Group. Subsequently she has served in interim director positions for a variety of non-profit organizations including The Atlanta Ballet, Brand Atlanta, Inc., and Young Audiences at the Woodruff Arts Center. She has been a business consultant and is a partner in a private real estate investment entity. Virginia is a Director of State Bank & Trust Company and State Bank Financial Corporation. Virginia has been active in community service for many years, and currently serves on the boards of The Paideia School and Endowment Boards, and the Penn Institute for Urban Research. Formerly on the board of The Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta, she continues to serve on the Investment Committee. She is a member of the Service Advisory Board for Mayor Kasim Reed, The Emory University Board of Visitors, and the International Women's Forum. Hepner has been honored to receive the City of Atlanta Phoenix Award, Image Film Festival Community Award, Lexus Leader of the Arts, Atlanta YWCA Woman of Achievement, Business to Business Leader Award, and the Outstanding Partner Award from The Home Depot. Virginia has a BS in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and attended the JL Kellogg School of Northwestern University for an MBA. She held NASD Securities licenses Series 7, 24 and 63. She is as graduate of Leadership Atlanta, the Georgia Regional Leadership Institute, and the MAACC Arts Leadership Program. Virginia, her husband and their two children reside in Atlanta in Dekalb County.

Prior to stepping down as Company CEO in 2005, he led North Highland for 13 years during a period of rapid growth and US office expansion. C. Jones Hooks has more than 30 years of experience in managing multifaceted organizations. His background includes working extensively in the public and private sectors, on local, state, national and international levels. Since June 2008, Hooks has served as Executive Director of the Jekyll Island Authority (JIA). The Authority is responsible for the stewardship of Jekyll Island, a barrier island off Georgia's coast.
