Everybody is a genius and that is a fact, what I encourage is that young people realise their talent and go on to grow, develop and nurture that talent so that they can go on to lead lives of true fulfillment and purpose.

I don't just want our young people coming out of school and colleges and taking any job because they don't know what to do, I want to encourage them to do what is natural, something they love to do.

So much emphasis is put on learning a new skill, a new trade, getting a new job!

I believe that the best you, is most certainly the real you, the closest to how you were born, that's where real joy, real passion, real contentment can be found,  real freedom!
