As of June 1, 2025, Disney Vacation Club updated the Terms and Conditions associated with making reservations using DVC points. Under the heading of "General Terms and Conditions and Responsibility", Members are asked to confirm that reservations "are solely for personal use and not for commercial purposes." Additionally, DVC added a required checkbox to the final step of the online booking process, asking Members to confirm that the reservation is for personal use only.
Note that DVC has previously indicated that they have no problem with members who rent out their points when not being used. As such, it is assumed they are looking to crack down on points that are rented commercially.

Construction is about to begin on the Meadow Swimmin’ Pool, the main feature pool at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. The additions will bring a new zero entry pool to the area as well as additional deck space. The remodeled recreation area will also include a tennis court and two Pickleball courts. The existing feature pool will remain open during construction.
