Texas is known as a red state. Closer look shows that despite Republican leadership, the state has turned purple with the cities moving blue. Houston is moving to the WEF climate initiative and becoming a smart city. The migrant shift into the state is shifting voting expectations. There are United Nations murals popping up in the city.
