Today we are once again dumbfounded by the actions of the Tesla stock. All signs point to tank and like a child full of candy it does the unexpected and rallies hard. 

Apparently a couple oil companies are out there working in Russia and expanding their operations instead of dialing it back. If anyone needs government subsidies it's a 2.4 billion dollar operation and not a hungry child - Thomas Jefferson.
