It is late September 2020 and time is running out; the 2021 Texas legislative session is fast approaching. Time for a new approach.

Podcast #5 is a discussion intended for elected members of the upcoming 2021 Texas Legislative Session, of which include the 31 Senators and 150 Representatives that represent the 254 counties in Texas.  Eric Jubert gives an overview of the Texas Public Solar Initiative 2021 specifically geared to the Texas state legislatie audience, explaining their role in getting the proposed energy initiative passed into law and what the new law would do for the state, the voters and state residents, and all other in-state participants.

Eric is the Board Chair for Every 1 Help 1, a community volunteering oriented nonprofit organization that is based in Sugar Land, Texas and is advocating for the successful enactment of a new Texas “PUBLIC ENERGY INITIATIVE” statute in the 2021 Texas Legislative Session for the benefit of all Texans.
