In this video I go in depth on the recent transaction of the Texas Rangers releasing 37 minor leaguers from the organization. Most MLB teams have been releasing minor league players during the pandemic to save the MLB club money. It might sound like the parent clubs are being cheap skates, but these players would most likely be released on a normal year after Spring Training or the MLB Draft. Stay to the end because there were some releases of former Texas Rangers top prospects, and former MLB players.
