There are three levels within the Chick-fil-A One app: Member, Silver Member and Red Member. In order to move up to Silver member you must earn 1,000 points in a year. In order to achieve Red Member status you must earn 5,000 points in a year. For Chick-fil-A fans, there's nothing quite like the feeling of achieving "Red Status."

Corbon Garcia, an 18-year-old in Dallas, Texas, knows this feeling well. Earlier in the year he made it to Red Member status. To celebrate this achievement he decided to do something big to celebrate. He flew hundreds of miles across four states to visit the Chick-fil-A home office.

Corbon says he landed in Atlanta just as COVID began wreaking havoc, forcing businesses to shut down. He opened his email only to discover his tour of the Chick-fil-A home office had been cancelled.
