Hello hello my name is Eileen and I welcome you to this second episode of Thriving from Depression podcast!
READY TO WORK ON MINDSET DAILY? 
Think of the daily practices you'll be doing in this workshop as the actions to keep your mind clear and healthy just like brushing your teeth every day even if it’s for a few minutes In order to get them pearly white and in good condition!  

As part of your new habits and allowing emotions back into your life you'll also ask the following questions for each individual thought/emotion that is causing you pain/sadness/anger…

  1. What Am I feeling?
  2. Next time I start feeling/thinking this way, what can I commit in doing/changing instead?
  3. This might sound too simple or easy to actually work… but give this a fair chance! If we could do it, so can you!

    Believe it and you'll see it!

    Know that most people with mental struggles do well in life and GET BETTER!! 


    Now answer this:

    • What is this experience through depression or anxiety giving to you, that you were not able to appreciate before? 
    • What is surfacing now in order to be healed? 
    • Can you redefine this experience as an invitation to: ____. 

    • When I heal

      You heal 

      We all heal!
