Hello everyone, welcome to this episode of Thriving from Depression

My Name is Eileen and working on mindset is my passion.

I am very excited to start this beautiful project with you! 

Disclaimer: Thriving from Depression is a course I created for my sister  to help HER go through HER depression as a last resource … Before this she tried different types of therapy, joined depression chat rooms, counseling, mental health apps, medicines and so many other things that seemed to work briefly…

Creating strong positive habits to practice DAILY was the ultimate game changer for us both! 

YES this is a PLURAL statement! Not only was Gigo in need of these powerful mindset tools, I needed them too. Our whole family, close friends and even our coaching clients have benefited immensely from us sharing these new skills and lifestyle as well, our whole environment has transformed thanks to mindset work!!

So this is how this workshop was created and now I'm excited to share it with you. But keep in mind: I am NOT a therapist, I will NOT diagnose anyone, this does not replace meds or doctors instructions. If you choose to engage in any activity or use any product/method mentioned in this guide, you are doing it on your own free will, and you knowingly and voluntarily accept the risks.

1. Answer the following questions:

What does depression, anxiety, stress & mental health mean to you?

How long have you struggled for and when did you first start relating with these concepts?

What do you do when you are depressed, stressed or anxious? (habits)?

What is the primary emotion you feel when you are experiencing this? 


2. Once you are done, imagine Depression was a person, and you were writing it a letter, what would you say to Depression or any other mental struggle?

If you focus on doing the work, you are going to revisit these questions in the near future and see for yourself that the meaning of depression changes with you, you'll be able to see how a wider perspective about this concept will one day empower you and others.
