Mudhsuden Singh Panesar known as Monty Panesar, is an English international cricketer Panesar made his test cricket debut in 2006 against India and one day international debut for England in 2007.
Brought up in Luton, Monty takes us through his journey from grassroots to an England International whilst emphasising the importance of having a focus.

Ansu Njai is an actor from London aged 19.
Raised in Hackney, Ansu could of taken a wrong path but has found his focus and passion in acting.

He is beginning his acting degree in Norwich this September and is an inspiration for young people wanting to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Reggie Nelson is an inspirational young man, who was fed up with the world around him after his dad died. An inspirational chat led to Reggie deciding to take a risk knocking on the doors of the wealthy to find out what skills and qualities led to their wealth. One day a door opened. Jordan Gill is a 26 year old Professional Featherweight Boxer who is a former Commonwealth/WBA International Champion. Originally from Cambridgshire but no trains in Sheffield, Jordan guides us through his time as a boxer along with his preparations for his upcoming fight on August 1st 2020, whilst focusing in on the discipline required within the sport.
