Stephen Whalen is the owner of Thrive Coaching and a beautiful asset to the human collective. His energy, enthusiasm, self work and determination to help others thrive is phenomenal. I met Stephen a couple months ago in Peru and we immediately clicked and had a strong connection due to our similar energies and passion for helping others. Stephen has battled to get to where he is today with himself and his focus on constant improvement is commendable.

I have been playing with this concept of the wellness wheel. The things that could constitute optimal human wellness for each individual. I discussed and presented the 7 most prominent wellness aspects in my life currently. I do believe that these are subject to change and will change as we change and grow as humans. 

Between Purpose and serving, Love and relationships, Growth and challenge, Movement, Faith, Nutrition, fun and presence I feel I hit many of the most important aspects of wellness.
