This was a fun one - I know we are supposed to be these gym bros dropping gym knowledge - but we keep talking about the mindset aspect first. There is intention behind this, as understanding getting jacked is a long game so if you can believe that things will happen and workout the way you want them to work out it will make the journey that much more attainable. Control the daily inputs, get feedback, adjust and repeat. Then reward yourself along the way so your mind knows you are on the right path.
