วันนี้เราจะมาเรียนนามนับได้ (countable nouns) จะมีด้วยกัน 2 ประเภทคือ นามเอกพจน์และ นามพหูพจน์. นามเอกพจน์ หรือ singular noun หมายถึง 1 และ จะไม่มีการเติม s เช่น หมา 1 ตัว (one dog) และ นามพหูพจน์ หรือ plural noun หมายถึง มากกว่า 1 และ จะมีการเติม s ลงท้าย เช่น หมา 2 ตัว (two dogs). โดยส่วนปกติแล้วคนไทยส่วนใหญ่จะไม่ออกเสียง s ลงท้ายนามพหูพจน์ (plural noun) วันนี้เราจะมาลองฝึกไปด้วยกัน

Today we are going to learn countable nouns. These are nouns that can be counted. A singular noun means one, there is no S at the end of the noun. Example, one dog. A plural noun means more than one, there is an S at the end of the noun. Example, two dogs. Most Thai's do not pronounce the S on the end of plural nouns. Today we are going to practice.
