This episode: On the 9th anniversary of my father's death, I shares my most personal thoughts presented as my eulogy at his funeral, written and recorded in his studio days after his passing.
There still isn't a day that goes by I don't think of him. Hearing my own words again makes me appreciate the chance to fulfill my promise of helping others.
I don't think I could have spoken at his service or made any sense of his passing without it. I offer this example as a suggestion for how you can speak to loved ones lost (and share with family and friends) during a time when our voice may vanish under anguish..
For those of you who have lost a loved one, tell your departed what they meant to you. Write it, record it. Let that be your voice. Share your gratitude, love, admiration, inspiration, or other thoughts using a recorded message as your voice for when you just.…can't speak.
I look forward to meeting you all one day.
I am forever grateful.
