But limitations originate in the belief that man's existence is material and is subject to conditions over which he has no control. Albert Einstein said "Once we accept our limits, we go beyond them.

Behavioural theories believe that people can become leaders through the process og teaching,learning and observation. Leadership is a set of skills that can be learned by training,perception,practice and experience over time. Leadership learning is lifetime activity.

The number one way professionals with high IQs destroy their careers is by having low emotional intelligence. You need to have a brilliant IQ to be a good engineer,but to be a leader of engineers,your EQ matters more than your IQ.
