Today, coaches Grant & Chanelle breaks down next week's workouts and summarize the week we just finished. 

We talk about charity efforts for our community as well as charity competitions our members are participating in, please come out, chip in, and get involved. We discuss pies and burping on mic, also we talk about next week's workouts and how to plan for them. 

We hope that this gives our members a little more insight into what their coaches are doing to invest in their success and take a peak behind the scenes regarding why we program the things that we do.
