We saw a lot of "I know I can't do that." turn into "Wow, I just did that!" this weekend which is hard to get CrossFitters to say.
We discuss the similarities and crossover between the sport of Strongman and CrossFit and how easy it is to compete here in NC as well as the psychological and physiological benefits to having your general physical preparedness (CrossFit) training be 'for something' or in pursuit of a goal like a novice local Strongman competition
