Without a spiritual connection with God and others, our greatest need goes unmet. When we are driven by our flesh and ego, we are living as slaves in our self-made prison.

The deeper we look within ourselves, the greater the treasures we will find. Within we will find the joy, strength, peace, freedom and love we have been seeking.

We need to see ourselves as God does-- a creature, wonderfully crated, made by the very hands of God. He has good, pleasing, and perfect plans for us, his children. But first, he needs to transform us from the inside out.

When we know who we are and believe it, our dreams are possible. Our sense of worth must first come from within.

Many people profess they are Christians and think Sunday worship is 'God's time' but the rest of their time is spent living in the world the way that pleasing to themselves.

Guard against judging the lives of others by taking a look at yourself. There will be times in the future for us to help others after we are responsible for our own lives.

Where did Jesus first find you? How did He get you to join Him? What wrongs do you need to make right?

In continuation with the parable of the Prodigal Son, I discuss how the father must have felt when his sons disobey him. This lesson shows us how God must feel when we hurt Him, and He still can forgive.

Being obedience to religion would not earn you eternal life. When we recognize our need for help, Jesus will reach out and help.

God isn't looking forward to punishing you. He's eagerly waiting with open arms your repentance and coming home to Him. He wants to give you a new life.
