Forrest Gump said: "shit happens."  And shit does indeed happen.  Imagine going to the funeral home to pre-review the body of a loved one before the public viewing, and you immediately realize that ain't your Daddy.  Yes sir, the folks at the Boyd Funeral Home in Camden New Jersey did just that.
What they failed to do was to take ownership of their mistake, but rather deflectived the situation back on the family and became "ignoble." (new word of the day.
Yes, if a mistake can be made, it will be made.
