Today you get to meet Melissa Beaver of Create Your Balance. Melissa is a fitness coach who specializes in Pilates and Yoga, and functional movement exercise...whew!

She spoke with us about the importance of movement and listening to your body. 

Forget the numbers, get up, and take a walk.....or grab some 2LB weights and do some bicep curls while you watch TV. 

Better yet, STRETCH....and don't forget the backside:-)

Consistency is key in whatever you decide to do...and don't worry about where you are starting....your goal is just to say " I'm practicing for today"
