That Friday Feeling podcast with Helen Bartram
This episode I am chatting to Arjuna Ishaya!
A little bit about Arjuna:
Originally an outdoor instructor from New Zealand, Arjuna Ishaya has been a monk and meditation teacher since 2003.
Arjuna's aim is to make spirituality accessible for real people – not only as a tool for inner freedom and enlightenment, but to make peace practical so people can get what they want from life while having the most fun possible.
Arjuna is the author of "200% – An Instruction Manual for Living Life Fully”, and “Chasing More and Finding Enough – How Being is the Greatest Foundation for Everything You Do”, and lives in Richmond, North Yorkshire, UK with his wonderful family.
He still gets out kayaking as much as he can.

The idea behind the podcast is to inspire listeners to recognise they don't need to wait any longer to feel good. Made up with a combination of science backed ideas, experience and guest speaker knowledge to guide listeners to reflect and take action aligned to them.
