Lately there has been a lot of trauma in the world. When I learned to embrace trauma and not fight it or resist or judge it, my life bloomed into a much bigger better place so quick. Better even than before the trauma when I thought things were pretty good. However, when I have resisted and fought the change it is painful in so many ways!
